This Marine Grade Stainless Steel adaptor connects to the threaded end of a painters extension pole and allows the Rainmaker to be hung in an elevated location without climbing a ladder.
As part of the Bushfire Recovery and Preparedness Project by Clarence Landcare Inc. property owners were given grants to implement bushfire protection systems. Rick implemented our Ready to Go (RTG) Rainmaker Bushfire Sprinkler System and this clip is an unscripted testimonial and demonstration of his system.
The Rainmaker was designed in Wollongong.
Manufactured in local engineering workshops from marine grade 316 stainless steel and Brass.
No need to climb onto the roof, or even up a ladder. Using our pole adaptor and an extendable painters pole allows you to hang the sprinklers without leaving the ground.
The stainless steel mounting bracket can be screwed onto most surfaces, or simply hook the sprinkler over your gutter.
The rainmaker attaches to a standard quick connect garden hose. So you can use the hoses you already have!
Our Rainmakers have a 3/4" NPT Female thread, these are also known as 3/4" FIP (Female Iron Pipe), which is standard plumbing fitting.
Purchase the FHT (Garden Hose Thread) version to connect directly to a garden hose.
Generally we recommend a 5/8 x 50 Foot hose of heavy duty.
A 2 way shut-off lets you run 2 Rainmakers off one faucet. Connect the 2 way directly to the faucet or use a hose to extend your reach
