The Evolution of the Aussie Drencher

The Aussie Drencher is the result of nearly a decade of dedicated local innovation, engineered specifically to protect Australian homes during bushfire emergencies.

2017 (The Origin): Launched as the DA Rainmaker, this system was built completely in-house as a high-performance, low-pressure alternative to traditional impact sprinklers. To ensure reliable performance, the custom-built frames were paired with trusted, Australian-made components from Moss Australia.
2023 (Engineering Our Own Head): When Moss Australia closed its doors, the local supply of premium sprinkler heads dried up. Refusing to compromise on quality with cheap imports, our team spent six months developing a proprietary Drencher Sprinkler Head. This new head featured a compact 1/2" thread, seamlessly adapted to the original DA body using a custom reducer fitting, and marked the official birth of the Aussie Drencher name.
2024 (A Sleek New Body): We took the design a step further by engineering a brand-new, marine-grade stainless steel body. Crafted specifically to house our custom sprinkler head, this upgrade resulted in a much more uniform, compact, and durable setup.
2025 (Advanced Blockage Protection): Recognizing that emergency water sources can contain debris, we integrated a high-efficiency inline stainless steel filter strainer directly into the body to actively prevent nozzle clogs when it matters most.
Present Day: We are continually innovating and actively developing complete, easy-to-deploy Ember Protection Packs. These kits are engineered to help homeowners rapidly build an effective, reliable water shield against volatile ember attacks.
