The Aussie Nozzle is a solid-state bushfire protection system featuring zero moving parts to completely eliminate the risk of mechanical failure. Developed over two years by our expert team, this rugged nozzle is engineered specifically for use with firefighting pumps. It utilizes a marine-grade stainless steel body manufactured in our workshop, paired with marine-grade brass components precision-machined locally in Wollongong and assembled in-house.

At Rainmaker Bushfire Sprinklers, we have manufactured gutter-hung ember protection systems since 2014. Continuous innovation led to the 2024 development of our heavy-duty Aussie Drencher. Following this, we designed the Aussie Nozzle using AS5414-2012 as a strict engineering guide. This static system features zero moving parts, delivers expanded water coverage, and deploys safely from ground level.

We assemble our own heavy duty hose in 10 & 20 metre lengths and poly camlocks to connect up fittings on the branches.
